Wednesday, March 13th - Caprese burger topped with Mozzarella, fresh Basil, Deglazed Balsamic Vinegar served with french fries.
Thursday, March 14th - Chile Verde Platter with rice, beans and flour or corn tortillas.
Friday, March 15th - Parmesan Crusted Salmon served with rice pilaf, Chef’s Choice of vegetables, house salad and dinner Roll.
