Wednesday, April 3rd - 2 Fish Tacos with chipotle mayo, cabbage, and pico served with rice and beans
Thursday, April 4th - Navajo fry bread topped with taco ingredients refried beans, lettuce, tomato, scallions, avocado, cheese, sour cream.
Thursday, April 4th - Center cut Pork Loin wrapped in bacon served with choice of potato, vegetables, house salad, and a dinner roll.
